Thank you for your interest in growing as a leader with CFA Gainesville!

There is currently a 6 month Leadership Development process called Leader-In-Training (LIT) that is utilized for all team members that desire to become part of the Junior Leadership Team (JLT). This program includes mandatory meetings, homework, and review. To be considered for the program, each candidate will complete an application and interview process.
